*5,000m seeds over 15:10 may be placed in a Mixed section, as numbers warrant.

The RCLDS hosts some of the fastest, open distance races in Canada, highlighted by performances such as the Canadian Youth 1,500m record set in 2010 by Robert Denault.

Location: TD Waterhouse Stadium, at the South end of the University of Western Ontario campus, site of the 2001 Canada Summer Games

Directions: From the 401 take Wellington St. north, approximately 10K to downtown London. Wellington ends at Pall Mall, turn left or west to Richmond st. Turn right or north on Richmond to University Main gates at University Dr. Turn left or west into campus. Left at lights on Lambton Dr then left on Huron Dr. Park in the main parking lot in front of Stadium.

Entries: $15 per event

Entry deadline: Saturday May 21 by 4:00pm

Late entries will be accepted at $30 per event, up to 1 hour before the start of the meet

Make cheques payable to ‘London Runner’

Teams/Athletes are responsible for ALL entries submitted. The entry fee will be collected when you pick up the team package on the day of the meet.
